Harry Kalms
Harry joined CPT Capital in 2020 and is a Principal in the Investment Team.
Harry is responsible for CPT Capital’s investment activities across origination, due diligence, execution and ongoing portfolio company support as well as strategic initiatives focused on supporting the broader alternative protein ecosystem. Throughout his tenure at CPT Capital, Harry has led a number of investments on behalf of CPT Capital and is an active Board member in several pioneering companies in the alternative protein space (Redefine Meat, Enough, Gathered Foods, New Culture, Solar Foods, Liberation Labs, Kyomei, Asterix Foods, CellRev) across the advanced plant-based, biomass fermentation, recombinant protein, cell culture and enabling technology verticals.
Prior to joining CPT Capital, Harry worked in the Investment Team at Coller Capital, specialising in private equity secondaries. During his time at Coller Capital, Harry worked on structured secondary transactions across the Growth and Buyout verticals and also spent time on secondment with the Capital Raising team.
Harry graduated University of Cambridge with a BA in Geography where he focused on a number of relevant themes such as environmental processes, climate change, inequality and global development.
