Investment Director

Costa Yiannoulis

Costa is Investment Director at CPT Capital. He has led the building and management of the CPT Capital food and materials tech portfolio. Costa sits on the boards of Gathered Foods (Good Catch), Redefine Meat and 3F Bio.

Prior to CPT Capital, Costa managed Jeremy Coller’s broader personal investments and advised Jeremy across both his corporate (Coller Capital) and philanthropic (FAIRR Initiative / Jeremy Coller Foundation) endeavours.

Previously Costa spent 3 years in Management Consulting with Bain & Company in London focussing on Strategy, Organisational Design and Private Equity across sectors; and 5 years within Deutsche Bank in London building the bank’s Emerging Markets platform across Africa.

Costa holds a BA (Hons) and MA in Economics from Cambridge University, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Rosie Wardle

Rosie joined the CPT Capital team after acting as an Advisor to the portfolio since its inception. Working in the sustainable food space for the past six years in her role as Programme Director at the Jeremy Coller Foundation, Rosie has built an expertise in alternative protein technologies and a broad network in the evolving landscape of the future of food and materials.

With a unique background combining philanthropy with investment, Rosie initiated the Foundation’s strategic programmes to end factory farming, and in December 2015 launched the FAIRR Initiative, a global investor coalition to put factory farming on the ESG agenda. Since launch, FAIRR has built a network of investors with combined assets of over $19 trillion towards this goal.

Rosie holds a BA (Hons) and MA from the University of Oxford, and an MA from the Courtauld Institute.

Debbie Jones

Debbie oversees financial accounting and operations for CPT Capital.

Debbie started her career with Ernst & Young in Melbourne.  She joined the Entrepreneurial Services division as a graduate in 1995 and then moved to the Corporate Finance division as a Senior Manager until 2002. She then left to gain overseas experience and joined Coller Capital in London where she headed up the Fund Accounting and Investor Relations teams. In 2014, Debbie left Coller Capital to join the Family Office of Jeremy Coller.

Debbie qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998, holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University and a Masters of Finance from Melbourne University.
